Privacy Policy

• Photos & camera: To perform color analysis, Coloré accesses your camera or photo library so you can provide a photo of your face. This image is used solely to analyze your skin, hair, and eye coloring and determine your seasonal color type.
• Wardrobe photos: If you use the Wardrobe Scanner, photos of clothing you submit are processed to assess how they match your palette.
• Subscription data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions, which processes your purchase and subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details — payments are handled by Apple.
• Usage & device data: Standard technical data (such as app version, device type, and crash logs) may be processed to keep the app working and to improve it.

To analyze your photos, Coloré sends the image data to third-party AI providers — Anthropic and OpenAI — which process the image to return your color analysis results. These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver this feature. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not sell your photos or personal information. Coloré does not require you to create an account or log in. Your results and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, locally stored data is removed from your device.

We process your photos only as needed to generate your results and do not retain them longer than necessary for that purpose. Subscription status is retained as long as needed to provide your subscription.

Coloré is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

You can control camera and photo access at any time in your device Settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below.
